The mother has faced significant challenges in trying to obtain a divorce over the past decade. She has met someone else who loves the children as his own and wants to build a life with this person. This case presents an opportunity for a volunteer attorney to make a substantial impact by helping this patient in the HVL/AccessHealth Medical-Legal Partnership secure legal freedom to move forward with her life and provide a stable environment for her children.
