This free CLE will teach you how to handle a tax controversy case, audit techniques and procedures, IRS collections processes, when and how to litigate a tax case, the use of administrative appeals, and innocent spouse/injured spouse relief. The seminar is free!  Attorneys who attend the seminar and accept a pro bono tax controversy case from Houston Volunteer Lawyers between December 1, 2013 and February 7, 2014, will be added to a prize drawing that will be held at the seminar.
